Our Story

We offer our customers an authentic Mexican dining experience.

Los Gallos, meaning “the roosters,” was inspired by an old street the owner lived on in Puebla called “Calle de los Gallos.”

Images of the namesake rooster are everywhere inside, from paintings and pictures on the walls to napkin holders and small statuettes.
